Tomatin 2008 Discovery by Gordon & Macphail.

Nose: Sweet aromas of vanilla and pear initially, leading to notes of custard and banana. Floral accents develop with elderflower and apple blossom with a hint of lemon zest.

Palate: Sweet and fruity flavours - peach and banana with a soft hint of honey. Vanilla develops and complements custard with an undertone of toasted cereal.

Finish: Medium bodied with peach leading to charred oak on the finish.
