Something for peat lovers. The lovely smokey flavour of this whisky combines with some sweetness and citrusy freshness creating a beautifully complex single malt.
Nose: Peak smoke opens to reveal notes of maple-cured meat, toffee and baked apples. Seaside grasses aromas linger and finish in a gentle brine edge.
Palate: Stewed fruits, sultanas and currants with milk chocolate flavours combine with creme brûlée sweet toffee, complemented by bursts of citrus and smouldering bonfire ember edge.
Finish: Long, with nuances of peat smoke and carried oak.
