Single cask whisky distilled at Glentauchers distillery in Speyside in 1996. It was aged for 25 years in a Hogshead and bottled at a cask strength of 48.9% by Berry Bros. & Rudd.
|NOSE||Floral, with walnuts, wax varnish and oak jostling for position. A little water brings out more balanced heather honey, honeysuckle and pear drops.|
|PALATE||An explosion of sweet, ripe fruits. Apples and melon with cinder toffee and strawberry jam showing on the back.|
|FINISH||Spicy ginger and nutmeg lingering on the finish.|
