This single malt was distilled on the 12th of November 2014 at the Aultmore Distillery is the Speyside region of Scotland. It was aged for 10 years in Pedro Ximénez hogshead before bottling in March 2025.

Bottled by Alistair Walker for their Infrequent Flyers Collection, at natural cask strength, without chill-filtration or artificial colouring. 

Nose

Heavyweight sweetness. Mocha, oven-fresh hot cross buns and marzipan croissants.

Palate

Lush and unctuous... a PX-inspired volcanic combination of molten Demerara sugar, dark chocolate, bonfire toffee and fig rolls, with underlying cinnamon spice.
