Encased in a lavish hand-carved oak box, the spectacular liquid – which dates back to 1989 – was matured to perfection in three PedroXiménez, one Oloroso and two virgin oakcasks. The result is a luscious symphony of caramel, espresso and tropical fruit tones.
GlenAllachie 35 years old was bottled at a high strength of 48%, natural colour and unchill filtered, enabling the remarkable spirit to speak for itself.
TASTING NOTES
