The "Permutations" series from Fib Whisky represents the second half of the same single casks bottled in their "Copper & Oak" Series, but with some beautiful finishes. This Glenallachie has been finished in a 1st Fill Palo Cortado Sherry. Complementing the fruity, nutty elements of the original Oloroso cask, the finish allows the lighter notes to emerge.
Distilled 24th September 2007, and finished from the 14th February 2023 o the 29th May 2023.
Only 333 Bottles have been produced.
TASTING NOTES:

The Palo Cortado has added a winey tang to the rich, dried fruit and dark chocolate notes. |
| PALATE: | It has mellowed the intense Christmas spices and brought out softer notes of sherry-soaked sponge. |
| FINISH: | it has a long, bittersweet sherry cask finish, but gently faded out in a mellow, rounded way. |
