The first release is a bottling of five ex-Sauternes dessert wine casks which have held Glen Moray spirit for a full 14 years.  Bottled at cask strength, non-chill filtered and presented in natural colour, the result is a sumptuous, complex and luxurious dram, beautifully combining sweet dessert wine and elegant Glen Moray. 

Nose: Dark chocolate and espresso with rich toffee and sweet fruit, rich oak and a gentle touch of spice.

Palate: Sumptuous and complex, syrupy and mouth-coating with hints of dark chocolate, coffee and a touch of salted caramel balanced with rich oak, vanilla cream, sweet berries, Seville orange, and a subtle spice.

Finish: Long and lingering, sweet and fruity with a touch of allspice.
