The Periodical is a brand of North Star spirits created to use all those casks that yield a small amount of whisky, named from the frequency of the releases. 

This particular release was distilled at Glen Moray Distillery, located in the Speyside region of Scotland. It was aged 15 years in an Oloroso hogshead and bottled at 50% ABV without chill-filtration or artificial colouring.

Only 300 bottles were produced.
