It was then re-racked into a single Pedro Ximénez sherry hogshead from the renowned bodega Ximénez-Spínola for a further 2 years and 3 months, a cask we selected to create something truly special for our customers.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003eTogether, the bold virgin oak and the PX hogshead have created a rich and fruity single malt, layering deep sherried sweetness over the vibrant Glasgow spirit. Expect notes of rich dark fruit, toffee and orange, with a warming kick of black pepper spice. A dram that’s generous, indulgent and full of flavour - one that won us over straight away.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003eAged 8 years and bottled on 1st September 2026, it is presented at natural cask strength of 58% ABV, natural colour and no chill filtration.
