Warehouse 2 Batch No.003 is a rare and remarkable single malt that been crafted using a handpicked selection of Ex-Bourbon Barrels, Rum Barrels and French Red Wine Barriques and filled with spirit that flowed from the Fettercairn stills in 2015. It's was shaped by it's maturation in it's own unique dunnage environment and crafted through the expert combination of the three different cask types to reveal a whisky of distinctive Fettercairn house-style character.
TASTING NOTES
NOSE
Warm honey, Alphonso mangos, brioche, cocoa, subtle forest fruits and waves of rose water.
PALATE
Passion fruit, papaya, red berries and grape must harmonised with sugared almonds, patisserie spice and heather honey.
