This single malt was distilled in September 2007 at Fettercairn Distillery, located in the Highland region of Scotland. It was aged for 14 years and finished in an Oloroso sherry puncheon before being bottled by Alistair Walker for his Infrequent Flyers Collation at natural cask strength. 

TASTING NOTES

NOSE Super sweet - muscovado sugar, heavily stewed fruits and salted caramel.
PALATE Rich and full flavoured. Cinnabons and maple syrup. Well-integrated flavours of cocoa, mocha, sultanas and figs.

 

Only 622 bottles produced.
