Fable Chapter 9: Storm was distilled in Auchroisk Distillery on the 05/03/2009 and aged in Refill Hogshead for 12 years before bottling on the 10/12/2021 at a natural strength of 56.5%. 

TASTING NOTES

NOSE Light, sweetness, citrus acid lime zest, lemon lollipops, greens, marmalade, dust, plum pulp, prunes, candied fruit.
PALATE Very nutty, marzipan, quite peppery, oiliness green walnut, with bitterness, dark chocolate. The high ABV is no problem at all, so well-integrated.
FINISH Peppery dry, short finish. Clear cereal notes, malt biscuit.
