Fable Chapter 10: Labyrinth was distilled in Inchgower Distillery on the 14/09/2011 and aged in Refill Hogshead for 10 years before bottling on the 10/12/2021 at a natural strength of 59%.
TASTING NOTES
NOSE
Honey, melon, banana and coconut little. Better with water – ripe green apple pie, floral freshness.
PALATE
Vanilla, spices, mandarins, marshmallow. Fresh yellow fruit, bitter lemon and some ginger. With water a nuttier green note comes through.
