Single cask from Deanston Distillery. Bottled at cask strength by Alistair Walker for 4th batch of his Infrequent Flyers collection. Aged for 10 years in a rye cask.
Colour: Light gold.
Nose: Layers of banana, toffee and cinnamon - very big crème brûlée notes.
Taste: A very spicy dram, with big peppery overtones - quite zingy! Accompanied by some lovely sweet flavours - custard creams, butterkist toffee popcorn, vanilla and a touch of coconut.
Finish: spicy and mouth-warming.
