A single cask release from Duncan Taylor, bottled exclusively for our shop to celebrate our 10th anniversary. Distilled in 2016 at Dalmunach Distillery and finished for three months in a sherry octave.
Bottled at natural cask strength without chill-filtration or artificial colouring.
Nose: Notes with vanilla pods, red fruits with a touch of nuts.
Palate: Creamy with orchard blossoms, floral honey, sweet peppers and salted caramel.
Only 72 bottles produced.
