Aged for 13 years in oak cask and bottled in 2020. Only 106 bottles produced.
Nose: Damp wood smoke and barbecued marinated meats in a Dunnage warehouse. Some plums in soy sauce, sherry and balsamic vinegars, quite savoury.
Palate: Briny and fruity. Red and dried fruits like HP fruit sauce on dark bitter chocolate. Charred wood and smoky bacon rinds. A little more ashy that peaty smoke.
Finish: Salt water toffee, green peat and wood smoke. Dark spiced coffee grounds, nutmeg and allspice.
