This single malt was distilled at Caol Ila distillery on Islay on the 3rd of August 2010. It was aged for 11 years partly in First-fill Sherry hogshead. It was bottled from a single hogshead at natural cask strength without chill-filtration or artificial colouring by The Red Cask Co.
Sweet slight iodine and peaty, slight sweetness are lingering.
Dry, sweet, tablet, smoky chocolate and smooth fruit flavours bursting out, brambles, and raspberries.
