This single malt was distilled at Caol Ila distillery on Islay on the 3rd of August 2010. It was aged for 11 years partly in First-fill Sherry hogshead. It was bottled from a single hogshead at natural cask strength without chill-filtration or artificial colouring by The Red Cask Co.
|NOSE||Sweet slight iodine and peaty, slight sweetness are lingering.|
|PALATE||Dry, sweet, tablet, smoky chocolate and smooth fruit flavours bursting out, brambles, and raspberries.|
|FINISH||Dry smoky long lingering earthy sweetness left.|
Only 271 bottles were produced.
