TASTING NOTES:
| NOSE: | Herbaceous, grassy, with notes of clear apple juice, bruised peaches, Polish gingerbread cookies, sugared almonds, dark chocolate, and figs. |
| PALATE: | Malty and waxy, with remnants of Oloroso, old oak, salty butter, dried red fruits and apricot. |
| FINISH: | Decidedly creamy: fudge and salted caramel preside with dates, dried herbs, and cocoa nibs. |
