This single malt was distilled at Benrinnes distillery in Speyside on the 23rd of November 2010. It was aged for 11 years partly in First-fill Sherry hogshead. It was bottled from a single hogshead at natural cask strength without chill-filtration or artificial colouring by The Red Cask Co.
|NOSE||Hints of leather, caramel, stewed plums and Christmas pudding.|
|PALATE||Slight oak, sharp bursts of plums, cherries, slightly sweet coffee and some chocolate.|
|FINISH||Long-lasting smooth warm feeling, still some sweet coffee and chocolate lingering.|
