This single malt was distilled at Belmenach Distillery in the Speyside region of Scotland on the 1st of May 2013. It was aged for 8 years in a first-fill Bourbon Barrel and was bottled by Alistair Walker for his Infrequent Flyer Collection, without chill-filtration or artificial colouring.
TASTING NOTES
NOSE
Banana custard, almonds and sweet popcorn.
PALATE
Lively and vibrant, and classically Speyside. Vanilla pods, honeycomb and coconut toasties. Cloves, aniseed and a peppery back note.
