This single cask of Aultmore was distilled in 2009 and fully matured in a 1st Fill Red Wine Barrique for 15 years. Bottled at 51.1% ABV without chill filtration and with natural colouring.
TASTING NOTES:

Pomegranate, plum sauce, strawberry yoghurt, lime peel, Spanish oranges, desiccated coconut, molasses, and Maraschino. |
| PALATE: | Sweet mint, red berries (cranberries, wild strawberries, brambles), cinnamon, Umeshu, grapes, cocoa, sweet blackcurrant joy. |
| FINISH: | Pleasantly drying on the finish, a touch dusty even, with plenty of coconut oil and Kuemmerling. |
