This inaugural release is limited to 2000 bottles made from the first mature casks. A mix of American Virgin Oak, Sherry and Orange wine casks has made a unique release setting the course for the distillery’s future.
Nose: Initial notes of tropical fruits, coconut, mango and banana. Cinnamon with green apples sits alongside hay and cut grass sweetness. Demerara and raisin complete the new nose.
Palate: Dark chocolate and golden syrup flavours accompany a creme brûlée influence of cream, vanilla and caramelised sugar. Pine notes with a young heat and hint a savoury.
