15% of the batch is held in new oak for one year and aged for 12 years from the Borderies region. This cognac gives away floral and citrus notes, with a fragrance of tea, wine blossom and honeysuckle, finishing on dried flowers, white fruit and honey. On the palate, this cognac has a light, round and fruity structure, finishing with a floral ambience, complimented with flavours of candied bitter orange and walnut.
