The Cù Bòcan is a limited release peated malt created by Tomatin Distillery and is distilled only for one week every winter. The name means "Ghost Dog", which is said to roam the distillery grounds and nearby village. The whiskies in this collection are aged in some of the most unusual casks from all over the world. 

Creation number three was aged in a combination of Morrocan Cabernet and North American Rye casks, resulting in fresh and fruity notes of rose water, strawberry and black fig with a touch of exotic spices and citrus.
