Single cask whisky distilled at Caol Ila distillery on Islay in 2009. It was aged for 12 years in a Hogshead and bottled by Berry Bros. & Rudd for their Autumn release.
|NOSE||Initially gentle. Icing sugar and slight earthy smoke, followed by peat and phenol.|
|PALATE||Peat smoke with dump wool, icing sugar, floral notes and more peat.|
|FINISH||Flavours of kippers, tar and more smoke.|
