NOSE: This cask offers sublimely balanced peatiness with notes of ripe yellow fruit and new leather.

PALATE: A mature depth to the smoky infusion which diffuses beautifully with the fruit and phenols.

FINISH: Long, smoky, fruity and exceptionally balanced.
