Limited release from Springbank distillery, combining Sherry, Bourbon and Rum casks.
Nose: Initially rhubarb, tropical fruits, golden syrup, shortbread, followed by coconut shavings, barbecued meats and sugar cane.
Palate: Almonds, pecan pie, butterscotch. Peat starts building alongside cigar box and old library notes. Very typical of a mature Springbank; salty, earthy and briny.
Finish: Refined with a hint of peat smoke.
