| PALATE | Creamy texture, with a peppery hint of spice followed by floral heather honey, followed by notes of warm scones and barley strawm, with fresh vanilla, marzipan and coconut. |
| FINISH | The malty character of the spirit is unmistakable on the finish, while almond and butterscotch notes from the oak linger. |
